You need an available phone line to access the audio portion of the presentation. Following registration you will receive an e-mail providing a phone number to call for the teleconference. This is in addition to any phone line required for your Internet connection.

Often, our training sessions include handouts which can be downloaded to your local computer either during or after the session. In some situations, when we conduct ongoing training or hosting of training, these documents and tools will be accessible via a custom web page specific to that client

In your busy schedule, you may have missed one of our recent events. With that in mind, we have Self-Paced key sessions for you to review at your convenience.
