Caryn Tilton has owned and operated Caryn Tilton Consulting, LLC since 1984 and MyPlaceToLearn, Inc. since 2003.

CT Consulting’s primary focus is organizational assessment, leadership development and frontline training for both public and private organizations.

Ms. Tilton has taught classes in local universities and dozens of organizations nationwide. She has authored over 40 employee training courses for both traditional classroom and web-based learning for a global audience.

Today, Ms. Tilton’s System Integration Program is used by organizations around the country – a unique approach to combining board-level policy development, leadership-level strategic planning and enterprise performance management. All systems are automated through a completely hosted state of the art Talent Management Suite.

In 2003, Ms. Tilton started MyPlaceToLearn, Inc. offering live, web-based training and coaching to companies and employees around the globe. The Design Team at MyPlaceToLearn creates custom, interactive, self-paced training modules; builds branded e-Learning Centers for organizations of all sizes; designs animated presentations for marketing purposes; and hosts over 25,000 off-the-shelf, web courses provided by nationally respected partners in the training industry.

Ken Carnes, Managing Partner

For over 25 years, Ken Carnes has developed an intense passion for leadership and coaching. His proven business success coupled with his ability to not just communicate with people but connect with them has made him a highly sought after speaker and coach.

Today, Ken has the honor to speak to thousands of individuals during his keynotes and workshops on both sales and leadership effectiveness. When he is not consulting or speaking to organizations he personally coaches over 100 individuals and teams on an annual basis. His past experience includes various sales, training and senior leadership positions with Xerox, FedEx. Currently, Ken is the Managing Partner with Cornerstone Services, one of the fastest growing leadership development firms in North America and a Partner with Proseris Services, a progressive organization focused on developing coaching content, products and tools for leaders all over the world.

His books, Management Insights and Influential Selling continue to climb in distribution and are now recognized as two of the top business books on leadership and selling. He and David Cottrell just released their new book, Escape from Management Land in January.

Personally, Ken and his wife Susan reside in The Woodlands, Texas and have two children, son Ryan and daughter Morgan who both currently attend the University of Texas in Austin.

Mitch Anderson, Director of Operations

Mitch Anderson has over 25 years supervisory and management experience in various Manufacturing and Service Organizations. He has consistently demonstrated his commitment to learning and achieving a level of excellence in all endeavors in his career. Most recently, Mitch was the Director of West-Coast Operations for a multi-site manufacturing and service corporation, where he increased the regions market share, quality and customer satisfaction to the highest level in the company. He has been involved in, or was directly responsible for improving methods, and processes for training, production, logistics and delivery. His educational background includes Manufacturing, Engineering, Psychology, Language Arts, Computer Programming and Network Administration studies. He holds an AS Degree in Computer Science. Currently in his role with Cornerstone Leadership Online, by MyPlaceToLearn, Mitch oversees all aspects of the operation. From customer service to project management, sub-contractor coordination and new product development, he is committed to providing customers with the highest levels of quality and service. His efforts have resulted in numerous successful projects and satisfied customers, as well as partnerships with highly respected content and delivery providers, allowing us to provide our clients with a broader product library and extremely reliable accessibility.
